Gwam founded Bespoke Healthcare with Sara in 2006 and is actively involved in all aspects from client relationships to service delivery. Gwam is a fierce advocate for the raising of standards in the world of Neurophysiology.

Sara has created and developed the company’s Governance Structure and effective patient pathways through a continual review process. Sara and her Team have been successful in completing the IQIPS Accreditation along with gaining “Outstanding” for patient care at the last CQC Visit.

Mushtaq Shaikh

Mushtaq joined the company in 2011 in a newly created position and since overseen the company’s rise to become a leading provider in Independent Intra-operative monitoring for NHS Trusts across the UK. He also oversee the IOM team and works closely with Gwam to develop new modalities and techniques.

Catherine joined the business in 2016 after beginning her career in Audit. Catherine is responsible for the preparation of the groups management accounts. Catherine and her team provide a seamless invoicing process and purchase order system making Bespoke dynamic and effective for their clients.

Dr Alan Forster

Dr Forster trained in Neurophysiology at the National Hospital for Nervous Diseases, London. As our clinical advisor for IOM, Dr Forster has spent over 25 years developing IOM Services. He is a member of the BSCN/NMUK/ISIN.

Zoe has been with Bespoke for over 5 years having initially starting within our Finance Team. As her career has developed, Zoe now works as our Business Strategy Lead and also within our Governance Department supporting both Directors.
