In September 2021, our Team were made aware that the CQC would be performing an onsite Inspection, which was greatly welcomed. Our Team of Staff were present to answer all the questions asked and provide the most valuable feedback and evidence as part of the Inspection. To be given the Rating of ‘GOOD’ across all areas inspected, is testament to our well structured, robust and transparent Governance, HR and Clinical Departments within the Company. The feedback and comments received from the Inspectors were greatly appreciated by all of our Team.
