An excellent,professional, efficient, patient-centred service delivering rapid turn around times in a clinically structured and robust fashion.What impressed me most was the clinical governance systems in place,especially the peer reviews and audits led by active NHS Consultants  and the patient satisfaction questionaires and feedback. When I approached Gwam about delivering secondary and, in some cases, tertiary neurophysiological diagnostics in a Primary care setting, our needs were comprhensively taken on board and delivered with minimum fuss and exceptional execution. The Consultants were extremely helpful and enhanced clinical interaction with local services, in some cases speaking directly to local Consultants on urgent reports.Delivering this new model of care with such diagnostics in Primary care has been a pleasure and most importantly enriched the patient experience.
