Bespoke Healthcare is a limited company. Together, the two directors possess over 30 years of healthcare management experience at a senior level. As healthcare managers, they have gained a plethora of knowledge in all aspects of healthcare management.
Sara Rajiah, Managing Director
MBA, DMS
Sara has worked in a number of healthcare positions including senior management of acute specialties. Over the last 18 months, Sara has worked in ensuring that the services being developed are successfully delivered to the high standards that the company strives for.
Sara has experience in both private and public organisations. Before establishing Bespoke Healthcare, she worked as a senior manager at the Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre Hospitals NHS Trust, responsible for ENT, Maxillo Facial and Ophthalmology Services. In addition, Sara also undertook a number of high-level projects, including commissioning of new hospital sites.
Gwam Rajiah, Company Director
MBA, DMS, DipN, Dip in Critical Care, RMN, RMNH, SRN
Gwam worked for the NHS for nearly 33 years both in the clinical areas as a Senior Nurse, and later as a Senior Manager where he managed Specialist Services. Over the last 18 months, Gwam has been responsible for the strategic development of Bespoke Healthcare across the UK, as well as ensuring all clinical requirements are met to ensure a safe and efficient service to our clients.
Gwam's experience ranges from working within the Psychiatric and Mental Handicap field to acute surgical and medical specialties and Critical Care.
Over the last 15 years, Gwam has managed, at a senior level, regional Specialist Services for Renal, Plastics and Neurosciences. |

Bespoke Healthcare works with consultants and other clinical staff with recognised credentials and experience in their respective specialties. Our management team are directly responsible for ensuring that each consultant maintains appropriate registration with the General Medical Council (GMC), and is listed on the Specialist Register demonstrating attainment of the appropriate training and experience.
The company now has a number of Consultants based throughout the UK, enabling its services to be delivered locally to meet the clients needs.
