With all its services, Bespoke Healthcare will work closely with the client in ensuring confirmation of clinic dates, and will provide a detailed patient information sheet, regarding their investigation e.g. what to expect. A medical consultant or physiologist will undertake the investigations. A detailed report (completed by a Consultant Neurophysiologist) would be produced within 5 working days. Bespoke Healthcare complies fully with NHS security requirements including Caldicott and the Patient Confidentiality legislation. All correspondence will meet strict security and confidentiality standards and the company will work with the commissioning body to agree secure electronic communications pathways. This service will be provided using portable machines.

All our patients are given questionnaires; we want to understand their views of our service so that we can continually improve. We openly share all feedback with service commissioners so that shared learning is promoted and confidence in our service is attained.

Any complaints will be dealt with formally with a comprehensive report submitted in line with the NHS formal complaint procedure. All health and safety national guidelines will be adhered to. The results of any complaints will also be included in the company's quarterly quality report.
