Bespoke have been providing spinal cord monitoring services here for a number of years. Prior to that we used the techinicians who provide our monitoring in the NHS.
The company are helpful in providing a flexible service.
Initially the service was confined to SSEP monitoring but when I wished to operate on a neurologically high risk case they provided MEP monitoring in addition. Multimodal monitoring has been standard ever since.
Although we have had no neurological complications during surgery here they provide a service which is robust and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
