We have developed a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring progress in each area and for assessing how these aspects contribute to creating value for Bespoke Healthcare and its Stakeholders. This will allow us to more effectively quantify the economic benefit of our sustainability strategy. We began to collect data for these KPIs in 2006. The Corporate Executive Committee uses the data to monitor and manage topics that are key to our long-term sustainability and success.

All our patients are given questionnaires at the clinic or are at times are contacted by telephone to complete to questionnaire; we want to understand their views of our service so that we can continually improve. We openly share all feedback with service commissioners so that shared learning is promoted and confidence in our service is attained.

The company provides a quarterly report giving an overview on the service being provided to the client, detail on activity analysis, patient feedback and any potential service development.

Any complaints will be dealt with formally with a comprehensive report submitted in line with the NHS formal complaint procedure. All health and safety national guidelines will be adhered to. The results of any complaints will also be included in the company’s quarterly quality report.
