Bespoke Healthcare is the only independent company providing the complete range of Neurophysiology investigations. The focus of this company is to provide services directly to the client enabling them to be seen in their primary locality, rather than travelling to tertiary centres. Furthermore, the company will accept referrals for all complex Neurophysiological investigations from GP's and allied professionals i.e. physiotherapists, chiropractics, etc. The service model is based on contracting Consultant Neurophysiologists and Specialist Technical Scientists to deliver its activity.

We deliver our service using the latest state of the art technology, allowing patients to be diagnosed with certainty using modern diagnostic equipment. All reports are professionally written and presented to the referrer within 5 working days following the investigation.

Bespoke Healthcare work closely with the client in ensuring confirmation of clinic dates, and provide a detailed patient information sheet, regarding their investigation e.g. what to expect.

A medical consultant undertakes the investigations. A detailed report (undertaken by a Consultant Neurophysiologist) is produced within 5 working days.

Bespoke Healthcare complies fully with NHS security requirements including Caldicott and the Patient Confidentiality legislation. All correspondence meets strict security and confidentiality standards and the company works with the commissioning body to agree secure electronic communications pathways. This service is provided using portable machines.

All our patients are given questionnaires; we want to understand their views of our service so that we can continually improve. We openly share all feedback with service commissioners so that shared learning is promoted and confidence in our service is attained.

Any complaints will be dealt with formally with a comprehensive report submitted in line with the NHS formal complaint procedure. All health and safety national guidelines will be adhered to. The results of any complaints will also be included in the company's quarterly quality report.
